Filters, views & search
Narrow the timeline to what matters, save the views you use often, and find anything with the command palette.
A busy timeline holds a lot. Filters, saved views, and search let you cut it down to exactly the slice you're investigating.
Filtering
Filter the timeline by category, source, tag, or date range. Filters live in the URL, so a filtered view is a link you can copy and share with a teammate — they'll see the same scope.
The correlation strip
Above the timeline, a compact strip shows event density over time. Drag across it to zoom the timeline into that window — the fastest way to focus on the week a metric moved.

Density modes
Switch between a comfortable, readable layout and a compact one that fits more events on screen. Pick whichever suits the moment — reading a story or scanning a quarter.
Saved views
Once you've dialed in a useful filter — say, "Incidents in the last 90 days" — save it. Saved views appear as one-click shortcuts so you don't rebuild the same filter twice.
Search and the command palette
Press / to search notes by keyword, or ⌘ K to open the command palette and jump anywhere in the app from the keyboard.
Because filters are in the URL, bookmarking a filtered timeline is a legitimate way to keep a recurring view one click away.
