CoNote

Meta Ads integration

Log campaign starts, pauses, and budget changes across Facebook and Instagram as Campaign notes, so a shift in traffic lines up with the ad change behind it.

A paused campaign or a budget bump on Facebook or Instagram moves your numbers within hours, but it never shows up next to the analytics. This integration puts those ad-side changes on your timeline as Campaign notes, beside the deploys and config changes from the same day.

What lands on your timeline

For the ad account you connect, CoNote records a Campaign note when a campaign is created, paused, activated, or deleted, and when a budget or spend cap changes. It reads Meta's own change history for the account, so it captures who changed what without anything to install.

How it works

CoNote checks your ad account on a schedule (every 15 minutes), reads its change history, and records anything new. Connect it once and never touch it again. The connection is read-only: CoNote never creates or edits anything in your Meta account.

Setting it up

  1. Add the integration

    In Integrations, choose Meta Ads.

  2. Sign in with Meta

Click the sign-in button and sign in with the Meta account that has access to the ad account you want to track, so CoNote can check for changes. CoNote stores only an encrypted access token, never your password.

  3. Select your ad account

Choose the ad account to track from the dropdown. New campaign and budget changes start landing on the timeline within 15 minutes.

Pair Meta Ads with your analytics changes on the timeline: when traffic or conversions move, you can see the campaign or budget change from that day right next to the deploy or tracking change.
