Uptime integration
Watch your URLs and record outages and recoveries as Incident notes — first-party, no third-party monitor required.
The Uptime integration is a built-in availability monitor. It checks the URLs you care about and records Incident notes when something goes down or comes back — so outages sit on the same timeline as the deploys that might have caused them.
What lands on your timeline
- A note when a URL goes down, with the HTTP status it returned.
- A note when it recovers, with how long the outage lasted.
It only logs state changes, not every check — so a URL that's down for an hour produces two notes (down, then recovered), not sixty.
How it works
CoNote checks each URL every minute. To avoid false alarms from a single blip, a failing check is retried once before a down note is recorded. You can monitor up to 10 URLs, and there are no credentials to set up.
Setting it up

Add the integration
In Integrations, choose Uptime.
Add your URLs
Enter the URLs to monitor — your homepage, checkout, API health endpoint. Checks begin immediately.
Monitor the pages that matter to revenue, not every page you own. A down checkout next to the deploy that broke it is exactly the correlation CoNote is built to show.
